These terms cover the Taskbar Timesheet app for Windows and this website. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree please don’t use it.

Your license

When you buy Taskbar Timesheet you get a personal license. It’s for one person to use on up to 3 PCs at a time. To move it to another PC just remove an old one and activate the new one.

Your license covers every version released within a year of when you bought it. You can keep using those versions for as long as you like. Versions released after that year need a renewal. Renewals start a year after Taskbar Timesheet’s release.

Please don’t share, sell or post your license key. One key is for one person.

The free trial

Every feature is free to try for 14 days. When the trial ends the app becomes view only until you buy a license. Your data isn’t deleted.

Buying

Lemon Squeezy handles every purchase as our reseller and merchant of record. They take your payment and send your receipt and license key. Their terms apply to the purchase too. Prices are in US dollars. Lemon Squeezy adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of buying. See the Refund Policy.

Your data and your timesheets

The app keeps your time on your PCs and in any folder you choose to sync it with. Keeping backups of that data is up to you.

The app helps fill in timesheets but it never submits them. You’re responsible for checking what it fills in and for what you send to your employer or clients.

What you can’t do

Don’t copy, resell or share the app. Don’t remove its license checks or reverse engineer it unless the law says you’re allowed to.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable. We can’t promise it will be free of errors or work with every timesheet system.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows we aren’t liable for indirect losses. That includes lost data, wages or profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for your license.

Ending your license

If you break these terms your license can be turned off. You can stop using the app at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. If something important changes we’ll post it here with a new date at the top.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the United States.
